Up to 10 hours of event coordination services the day of your event, including set up, tear down, and communication with vendors. Unlimited communication up to 4 weeks prior to event.

On-Site Event Coordination PLUS unlimited communication for up to 8 weeks prior to event. RSVP management, event website management, and vendor search, contact, and/or referral. Custom floor plan and decoration supply list. Custom itinerary and limited materials production assistance (print out design, etc...)

Includes all services listed in Partial Wedding Planning package PLUS 6 months unlimited communication, venue walk through, rehearsal assistance, and custom graphic design services. You'll also have an additional 6 hours of on-site coordination from an assistant coordinator.

Travel and logistics counseling and coordination. Assistance with licensing and permit requirements. Website, announcement, or other graphic design content creation. Minimum of 3 months unlimited communication.
[$75/HR, $200 minimum]
